obtain the medical history and other background
information. We talk with the family members and
health professionals, making sure we know the
special needs of the new patient. We will prepare a
written treatment plan which is submitted to the
family for approval before any major treatment is
begun. We also monitor the patients progress and
make sure the patient returns for their
appropriate preventive visits. We visit the patient
on a regular basis making sure that their preventive
needs are met.
